Noone............as soon as the "Nifty Fifty" can figure out a way to make a buck for themselves.....they will let the rest of us taxpaying public know! Not too sure Mr Redman will do something about the situation! DVI did not include that idea on their list of proposals to the City (They have spent $1 Million plus to this date and we don't have anything other than a list generated by Ed Austin 30 years ago!) Will try and keep an open mind on this issue since it makes real sense and then some!
